Release notes for Teri Health

Changes ship to every practice on the same product. This page records what changed and when. Service health is on the status page.

  1. Patient portal review controls and tenant email senders

    • Patients can review upcoming appointments and request follow-ups from the portal; staff approve changes before anything moves on the book.
    • Appointment and campaign emails now send from your practice's own sender profile instead of a shared Teri address.
    • The Teri website widget hands patients to the portal through a secure, reviewed link.
    • Billing shows module-level entitlements for each practice; nothing changes on your invoice without an explicit agreement.
  2. Teri line for staff notifications

    • Administrators can turn on a Teri-owned text line that delivers one-to-one staff notifications by iMessage or SMS, with no practice Mac required.
    • Staff link their own phone by texting the line once. The line never carries patient details.
  3. Reviewed records exchange and practice directory

    • Patients can find practices in a searchable directory and send records requests that land in the practice's reviewed inbox.
    • Received records are filed to the chart only after a staff member reviews them.
    • Social and review-reply pilots gained Google Business, Facebook and Instagram publishing of approved public images.
  4. Patient letters and shared letterhead

    • Admins, providers and office managers can save letter templates for the whole practice and draft patient letters from Agent.
    • Drafts use the saved practice logo and letterhead, file to Patient Documents, and need a reviewer's decision before anything is sent.
  5. Visit workspace writes to IntelleChart

    • The visit workspace shows prior visits by date of service and can create the encounter and write intake answers as history for connected IntelleChart practices.
    • The provider assistant turns dictation into drafts the provider accepts, edits or dismisses; it never signs notes or places orders.
  6. Setup with Teri and free self-serve signup

    • New practices sign up on their own, name the practice, load office knowledge and configure a Teri phone number without a card or a sales call.
    • Teri interviews the owner by voice or text, builds a draft launch plan, and applies it after one review.
    • Calls become Work Hub tickets as soon as reception is activated.
