Ambient Scribe. Quick actions. Your clinical judgment.
The clinical moment.00:39
A little less between you and the visit.
The work of the visit
More presence. Less piecing it together.
Start with the patient. Capture the conversation and the details, then bring them into a note that stays in your hands.
Ambient Scribe
Let the conversation become a draft.
Stay present while the visit takes shape. Review consent, start recording, and turn the conversation into suggested entries you can inspect and edit.

Reviewable documentation drafts
Dictation & quick actions
A thought. A question. A few words.
Dictate a note, ask Teri about the chart, or write an entry. Mix voice and quick actions within the same encounter, wherever they fit your work.

Accept, edit, or dismiss suggestions. Read the complete note before approving chart delivery.
Keep judgment with the clinician.
Review, delivery, and signing are distinct steps. You stay responsible for the final clinical record.
A few useful answers
Before the next visit.
How do Scribe and quick actions work together?+
Use Scribe for the conversation, then add detail in the way that fits the moment: dictate a note, ask Teri about available chart context, write an entry, or enter eye findings. Suggested documentation stays in the selected encounter for review.
Does Teri start recording automatically?+
No. Scribe begins with a consent step and an explicit action to start recording. You control when capture starts and stops. End recording to prepare the drafts for review.
Which parts are on iPad, and which are on the web?+
The iPad clinical workspace brings together visit preparation, Scribe, dictation, quick eye findings, and note review. Image comparison is currently a web pilot; it is not a native iPad image viewer. The film and examples use illustrative interfaces, synthetic images, and fictional visit dates.
Will Teri interpret images or sign my notes?+
The image-review workflow presents source images for the clinician to compare. It does not provide an autonomous diagnosis. You review and edit documentation before chart delivery, and signing remains separate.
Can it work with our chart system?+
Clinical access, available chart context, and note delivery depend on your practice’s configuration and supported connection. We’ll confirm the workflows and connection available to your practice before setting up clinical use.
Is Teri Clinical included when I start free?+
You can start with Teri Health Free for your office without a sales call. Clinical access, connected workflows, scope, and any associated costs are discussed separately. Creating a free account does not automatically activate clinical connections.
