SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Program description

Teri Health LLC sends two kinds of text messages. Practice messages are sent on behalf of participating medical offices: appointment confirmations and reminders, reschedule prompts, follow-up scheduling, waitlist notices, and replies when you text the practice. Demonstration messages respond to a person's request to try the product. The dedicated sales-demo number, +1 (516) 914-4715, demonstrates Maple Grove Family Practice, a fictional practice. Demo conversations are simulations; please do not share real medical information.

Consent and enrollment

Patients may be enrolled after providing a mobile number and consent to their practice — at check-in, on an intake form, or by texting the practice number first. See our SMS opt-in policy for these methods.

Texting an ordinary question or demo request to the dedicated sales-demo number permits replies within that requested conversation. No advance registration or enrollment keyword is required. It does not enroll you in recurring or promotional messages, and we do not send an automatic marketing follow-up. A later demo text requires your explicit request and consent recorded in the conversation.

For a separately requested website demo, enter your own number and give the consent described on that form. That consent covers only the contacts disclosed there; it does not enroll you in the dedicated sales-demo program or authorize unrelated messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving care, purchasing goods or services, or booking a meeting.

Message frequency and rates

Practice message frequency varies with appointments and conversations. Demo message frequency varies with your requested conversation and any later texts you explicitly request. A website demo follows the contact limits disclosed in its consent notice. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation.
  • Reply START or UNSTOP to restore messaging after opting out. This does not grant consent to unrelated or promotional messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@terihealth.com. Patients can also call their practice using the number on the practice website.

Privacy

Mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging program described here. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, except as required to deliver the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy.
